Returns & Refund Policy

Because every product we sell is a research-grade compound shipped under cold-chain conditions and intended for laboratory use, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or temperature-compromised products for resale. The policies below cover the situations where we will issue a refund or replacement.

1. Damaged or Defective Shipments

If your order arrives with broken or visibly damaged vials, broken packaging, or evidence of improper temperature handling, email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged packaging and the affected vials
  • A brief description of the issue

We will replace the affected items at no cost, including return shipping if needed, or issue a full refund of the affected line items at your option.

2. Lost in Transit

If tracking shows the package as lost, undelivered, or stuck in transit for more than 10 business days from the ship date, email us. We will file a carrier claim and either re-ship or refund the order at your option.

3. Wrong Item Shipped

If you received an item different from what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the received product. We will arrange free return shipping and ship the correct item or refund the order at your option.

4. Order Modifications and Cancellations

You may modify or cancel an order within 1 hour of placement, before it enters fulfillment. Email us as soon as possible. Once an order has been picked, packed, or labeled, it can no longer be canceled.

5. Refunds Issued

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. International or alternate-payment refunds may take longer depending on the processor.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds for: (a) buyer’s-remorse returns of opened, used, or temperature-compromised product; (b) regulatory-action seizures by the buyer’s government; (c) issues caused by buyer-supplied incorrect shipping information; (d) failure of the buyer to claim the package within the carrier’s holding window.
