Shipping Policy

1. Service Area
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to U.S. territories that require export documentation or to APO/FPO addresses at this time.
2. Processing Time
Orders placed by 1:00 pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, ship the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 pm Pacific or on weekends and holidays ship the next business day.
3. Shipping Methods and Rates

Free-shipping thresholds are based on the cart subtotal after discounts.
4. Cold-Chain Packaging
Every order ships in a temperature-controlled envelope or box with a frozen gel pack appropriate for the transit time. Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature for short transit windows; reconstituted products are not shipped.
5. Discreet Packaging
Orders ship in plain-label boxes with no product marketing or chemical names visible on the exterior. The return address shows our fulfillment partner’s name only.
6. Tracking
You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships. You can also view tracking under My Account → Orders.
7. Delivery Issues
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and the front desk before contacting us. If the issue persists, see our Refund Policy.
8. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly. Address changes after shipment are not possible.
9. Customs, Taxes, and Duties
U.S. orders may include sales tax based on the shipping state. We do not currently ship internationally, so customs and import duties do not apply.
