By accessing or using societypeptide.com (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and the disclaimers and policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility
You represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, that you are a qualified researcher acting on behalf of a research entity, and that you are legally permitted to purchase research-grade peptides in your jurisdiction.
3. Research Use Only
All products sold on the Site are intended solely for in-vitro laboratory research purposes. They are not drugs, food, cosmetics, or dietary supplements. 4. Account Registration
Certain features require account registration. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. Orders and Pricing
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse, modify, or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or violations of these Terms. Any sales tax shown at checkout is calculated based on the shipping destination.
6. Intellectual Property
All Site content — text, images, logos, code, product photography, and Certificates of Analysis — is the property of Society Peptides or its licensors and protected by U.S. and international intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Site, including: (a) reverse-engineering or scraping product or COA data; (b) impersonating another researcher or entity; (c) submitting false attestations of researcher status; (d) using purchased products in violation of applicable law.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted Site availability or error-free content.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Society Peptides shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any product purchased through it. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
