Quick answers to common questions

We typically respond within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm PST). Most inquiries get an answer the same day.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also see live status under My Account → Orders.
Email us with a photo of the package and the affected vials within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no cost, no questions asked.
Every lot is third-party HPLC tested and the Certificate of Analysis is published publicly. Find your batch under Lab Results or on the product page.
Yes. Email us with your monthly volume and we'll send a custom quote within 24–48 business hours.
We can't make medical or research recommendations, but we can answer specific questions about purity, sequence, storage, or what's in a blend. Send us your question.
Some banks flag research-grade purchases. Email us and we'll send an alternate payment link (card, ACH, or crypto).
